Getting Started: How To Sign In
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
Enabling Face/Touch ID
When creating an account in the app, it will offer you the option to enable Face/Touch ID for login.
When you log in on future attempts, the app will prompt you to enter your email and password.
Username and password can be stored in the iCloud keychain and can be used to auto-fill the credentials when signing in to the app. Enter your email and password and check Remember me, which will autofill your username and password whenever you enter the app afterward, requiring only the use of Face/Touch ID to verify identity.
If you previously elected to use Face/Touch ID to verify sign-in, as well as set a passcode; when you attempt future log-ins, the system will remember your credentials and either perform Face/Touch ID or request your passcode.
If the you do not allow the permission to remember the credentials, then the system shall no longer ask to remember these credentials. You will need to go into your system settings/keychain to update the app's credentials and preferences.
Biometric Login
When logged out after a time out, you can log back in with either Biometric or PIN if they are enabled.
The biometric login is verified.
You are successfully logged into the app.
If Biometrics are disabled, you will be required to enter the passcode to login.
Face ID
Face ID is automatically triggered for phones with this feature.
Scan Successful - If scan is successful, the app goes to dashboard
Scan Unsuccessful - If scan is unsuccessful, the phone will try again automatically

PIN Unsuccessful - Is PIN is unsuccessful, the app will ask again automatically

Biometrics after a Password Update
When you try to log-in with biometrics after a password update, the mobile application will force a password-based login. From the subsequent login, you can use whatever method was already set up for the mobile application (biometrics will then be allowed again).
Re-Authentication
When you try to log-in with biometric after a password update, the mobile application will force a password based login for the first time.
Upon first time log in, you will receive a dialogue notification informing you that your account password has been updated and that you need to sign in before other login options are allowed.
