Getting Started: Member Onboarding through Email Invite
This guide is an overview of the steps and instructions needed to help you get your HealthCheck account set up. Here you will learn how to create an account, setup password and update account details.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
Account Creation
When you are invited as a member by an administrator, an email will be sent to your Health Check Email ID. To start the process, you need to verify the email by tapping the Verify Email button, as displayed below.
Verify Email
Once you verify the email, You will receive a success message confirming the email. You need to tap Get Started to continue the process.
Invitation Link Expires
If the link to accept the invite has expired, you will see the This verification link has expired screen. Tap Send New Link to request a new verification link.
Email Already Verified
If you have already created an account and are tapping on the link for the second time, a new page will display This email address has already been verified. Tap Proceed to Login Screen to login to the page.
If you left the registration page before creating the password, you will receive the below message in your mail box wherein you will asked to click on “Send New Link” to restart the verification.
Account created but registration process is incomplete
If you have created the account but not completed the registration process, you will be able to view the below screen on your mobile app.
Invitation Email Reminder
If the invitation mail sent to you is still pending on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day, the system will send emails to remind you. Sample email is displayed below.
Successfully verified Email
If you have successfully verified the email and clicked Get Started, the system will ask you to create a password.
Create Password
A new screen will be opened to create the password. The necessary points for creating the account are listed below.
All fields on the screen are required.
Password must contain:
At least 12 characters
1 Lower Case letter
1 Upper Case letter
1 Number
1 Special character (!@#$%^&*)
You have to enter the same password in both the fields (Create and Confirm)
The app will direct you to Verify Phone Number. A code will be sent to your phone number via SMS to verify the phone number.
Enter the code here.
Once the code is successfully verified, you will be re-directed to fill the account information. All the details marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.

Race
Ethnicity
Tap on continue will move to next screen to add the shipping address.
Once the details have been added, you will be able to see all the address mentioned by you. This screen is displayed only when there is a discrepancy in the address entered.
Once the address is confirmed, the system will ask the user to create the passcode.
