New Member Sign-up through Email Invite
This guide is an overview of the steps and instructions needed to help you get your HealthCheck account set up when you have received an invitation email from your organization.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
When you are invited as a member by an administrator, an email will be sent to your email ID. To start the process, you need to verify your email by tapping the Verify email button, as displayed in the sample screenshot below.
Once you have tapped the button, you will be shown a confirmation message on the screen that your email has been verified. Tap the Get Started button to continue the process of setting your account. Sample screenshot below.
Create a Password
Create a password by following the instructions shown on the page:
The Password must contain:
at least 12 characters
1 Lower case letter
1 Upper case letter
1 Special character (!@#$%^&*-)
You have the option to enable Biometric ID instead of password for future logins
You must accept Terms & Conditions and age attestation to complete the account creation
If the Terms and Conditions are not accepted, the button to create the account is not enabled
You can view Terms and conditions by tapping on the link “Terms and Conditions“ in the screenshot below:
If the password entered in the 2 fields does not match, you will see the following message displayed:
If the password does not meet any of the required criteria mentioned on the screen, the failed criteria will not be marked in green as shown below.
After a entering the valid password and tapping the checkbox for the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, tap on the Submit button to proceed.
Phone Number Verification
You will be navigated to the Verify Phone Number screen, enter your mobile number and tap on the Continue button.
You will get a text message with a code on the phone number you entered. Enter the code and tap the Continue button.
If the code is incorrect, you will be shown the following error screen.
Close the error screen to re-enter the code. You can also click on the Resend Code button to receive a new code.
When you click on the Resend Code button, you will be informed on the screen when a code is resent.
Click on the Continue button after entering the correct code to navigate to the next screen
Add Member Information
Based on the settings configured by your administrator of your organization, you might see the next screen to capture additional information. The fields on this screen will vary but will be similar to the sample screenshot below:
After entering the information on this screen, tap on the Continue button to navigate to the next screen.
Verify Shipping Address
Enter your shipping address or validate the address if it’s prepopulated and make the corrections if needed and tap on the “Continue” button .
If the administrator has enabled the setting to verify the shipping address, then the address will be verified by a third-party system, like USPS. You will be prompted to verify the address that was validated. Choose the desired address and then tap on the Confirm Address button to navigate to the next screen.
If the address entered is not correct, you will see the following message displayed on the screen. Tap the Try Again to re-enter the address or tap the Proceed Anyway button to continue with the address entered.
Setting Up a Passcode
You will be prompted to create a passcode on the next screen by entering a 4 digit number. This is an optional step and if you don’t want to set a passcode at this time, tap the Cancel button at the bottom of the screen.
If you enter a passcode, you will be prompted to re-enter it again in the next screen.
Welcome Screen and Dashboard
After you have reconfirmed your passcode, you may see a welcome screen similar to the sample screenshot below. This screen may or may not be available for your organization based on the configurations by your administrator. You can tap on the I’ll do it later button, if you don’t want to take up the Virtual Consult.
Your account is now setup and you taken to the app dashboard.
You might be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Tap on the Accept or Agree button at the bottom of the screen to return to the dashboard. Sample screenshot below:
Invitation Link Expires
If you haven’t verified your email with 7 days of receiving the invitation email, the invitation link will expire and you will see the below message when you try clicking on the Verify email button in the email. Tap Send New Link to request a new verification link.
Email Already Verified
If you have already created an account and are tapping on the link for the second time on the email, a new page will display This email address has already been verified. Tap Proceed to Login Screen to login to the page.
If you left the registration page before creating the password, you will receive the below message in your mail box wherein you will asked to click on “Send New Link” to restart the verification.
Account created but registration process is incomplete
If you have created the account but not completed the registration process, you will be able to view the below screen on your mobile app.
Invitation Email Reminder
If the invitation mail sent to you is still pending on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th day, the system will send emails to remind you. Sample email is displayed below.
