This page will help you to understand the various messages displayed on your home screen to view the current status and action required.
Invite others to Health Check. This message will help you to invite others to the app.
You are cleared for work. This message will be displayed on your home screen if your clearance status is “Cleared”.
You are not cleared for work. Tap here to begin your Virtual Consult. This message will display if you have not completed the virtual consult.
You are not cleared for work. This message will be displayed if you have already taken the virtual consult and clearance status is still not cleared.
Your order has been placed. Tap here to view. This message will be displayed on your screen when your order is placed successfully.
Your order has been received. This message will be displayed if the test kit order has been received.
If you tap on “Your order has been received”, it will redirect you to the order confirmation page. All the details related to your order will be displayed here.
Your order has been shipped. You will get this message on your home screen if a test kit ordered by you has been shipped but not yet delivered.
Your test kit has been delivered. This message will be displayed upon delivery of the test kit ordered by you.
Your test kit has been received and is being processed. This message will be displayed once your test kit is received at the lab and is being processed.
Tap on the snack bar message, you can view the test kit details as shown below.
Your test results are available. Tap here to view. This message will be displayed on your home screen when your test results are ready to review.
Tap to see the results of your test.
Your appointment has been scheduled for DD-MM-YYYY. This message will be displayed on you home screen once the appointment is scheduled.
Tap here to resume your test. This message will allow you to tap the screen and resume/complete your test.
Your test is in transit. Tap here for details. This message will display when the ordered test kit is in transit to lab.
On tap of the screen, app will direct to a new page which displays the RTL test details.
Your appointment has been cancelled. Tap here to reschedule. This message will appear if your appointment has been canceled and you want to reschedule it.
On tapping the snack bar message, you will be redirected to a new page to schedule the appointment. Select the date and time, and then tap Continue to schedule the appointment.
