People: Vaccination Record
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
The Vaccination Record tab displays a member's vaccination record. This vaccination record is uploaded from the mobile app and the record can either be a vaccination certificate or an exemption card. The tenant admin will have the ability to approve and edit a vaccination record.
View Vaccination Record
Follow the steps below to view the vaccination records for a user:
Log into your account on the Tenant Admin Console.
In the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen, select People.
Click the Member’s name to view user details.
Click VACCINATION RECORD. This section will display the vaccination record of the member.
The Vaccination Record screen will not display any records if the member has not submitted/uploaded the records from the mobile app.
When a member submits/uploads a vaccination record from the mobile app, the record will be displayed here and the status of the record will be NEEDS APPROVAL.
Approve Vaccination Record - Vaccination Card
To approve a vaccination record, click on the 3 dots under the Actions column and click on Review Record to see the details of the record.
The member’s vaccination details will be displayed and the tenant admin can make any changes if needed by clicking in the respective field. If more than one card has been uploaded, the admin can select from multiple thumbnails.
The tenant admin has the ability to add, edit and/or delete the details of a booster dose if it is submitted by a member from the mobile app, if required. The booster record can be deleted by clicking on the delete icon. Additional booster dose details can be added by clicking on the Add Booster text. Pictures can be uploaded/deleted one at a time.
After reviewing all the details, the admin can approve the record by clicking APPROVE.
The status of the vaccination record will be updated to VACCINATED.
Approve Vaccination Record - Exemption Card
A member can also submit an Exemption Card if they are exempt from taking a vaccine. When a member submits/uploads this vaccination record from the mobile app, it will be displayed here and the status of the record will be NEEDS APPROVAL.
The details for this card can be viewed by clicking on the 3 dots under the Actions column and clicking Review Record.
The tenant admin can review the details of the record and approve it by clicking APPROVE.
The status of the vaccination record will be updated to Available.
