Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
From this section, you can view/update the settings. Different sections are displayed in settings (e.g., Medical Settings, User Onboarding settings, etc.). You can check all of them and make necessary changes as per your requirements.

Medical Director
Use the Select a provider by NPI dropdown to populate the contact details.
Advanced Vendor Settings
This can be configured after a Vendor has been enabled. Advanced Vendor Settings apply to vendors only during the appointment process.
Click CHOOSE ENABLED VENDORS from Medical Center » Vendors to configure advanced vendor settings as shown in the screenshot below.
Orders
USER ONBOARDING SETTINGS
The user onboarding settings enable an admin configure the information that is displayed and collected when onboarding a new member into the system.
When a toggle is turned ON for a field, the member will need to enter the relevent information when signing into the app for the first time. Certain fields can also be made mandatory by turning ON the “Required” toggle.
Display Agreement Screen: Display the legal agreement screen on first time login
Required Signature: Ask users to enter a digital signature for later use on first time login.
Collect Insurance Information: Collect Insurance Information on first time login.
Collect Date of Birth: Collect DOB on first time login. Toggle can be enabled/disabled as per the requirement.
Required: Set DOB to optional or required.
Collect Sex: You can ask members to provide their gender when logging into the app for the first time. Toggle can be enabled/disabled as per the requirement.
Required: Set Sex to optional or required.
Collect Address: You can ask members to provide their address when logging into the app for the first time.
Required: Set Address to optional or required.
Collect Race: Collect the race of a user during account setup. Toggle can be enabled/disabled as per the requirement.
Required: Set Race to optional or required.
Collect Ethnicity: Collect the ethnicity of a user during account setup. Toggle can be enabled/disabled as per the requirement.
Required: Set Ethnicity to optional or required.
Verify Email: Send a code to the users email address to verify their identity on first time login.
Verify Phone: Send a code to the users phone (SMS message) to verify their phone number on first time login. This will only work if SMS messaging is turned on in “Communication Settings”.
Required: Set Verify Phone to optional or required.
Verify ID Card: Scan users ID on first time login.
Required: Set Verify ID Card to optional or required.
Upload Profile Image: You can ask members to provide their profile image when logging into the app for the first time.
Show Welcome Screen: If this toggle is turned on, a welcome screen is displayed on the app after a member completes the registration. The “Welcome Screen” is configured in the “WELCOME SCREEN SETTINGS” section below.
Show Pre-Registration Widget: You can require members to review a series of pre-registration screens when logging into the app for the first time.
Collect Phone Number : You can ask members to provide their phone number when logging into the app. Required toggle can be on/off as per the requirement.

PROCTORING SETTINGS
Proctoring allows a proctor to oversee/guide testing, through a video call, for members who choose a proctored test.
This feature needs to be enabled by the Platform Administrator for a tenant. If it isn’t enabled, then the option will be disabled and grayed out.
The Platform Adminstrator can choose to enable the proctoring feature for a tenant but can disable the ability for you to turn on/off this feature. If this is done, then the proctoring feature will be turned on but option to disable/enable it will be unavailable.
If the Platform Administrator enables the proctoring feature and also enables the ability for a tenant administrator to manage this feature, then you will have the ability to turn on/off this feature.
DASHBOARD SETTINGS
The dashboard settings section help to configure the home screen on the mobile app. You can configure the app home screen with upto 3 main dashboard cards and with each of them configured to access a feature within the app.
The 3 main dashboard cards sections are:
Primary Dashboard Card
Secondary Dashboard Card
Tertiary Dashboard Card
Each of the dashboard card sections have the following configurable fields
Button Action: This field has following options
Resources: A member will be directed to the “Resources” section in the app if they tap on a card configured with this option
Symptom Checker: A member will be directed to the “Symtom Checker” questionnaire in the app if they tap on a card configured with this option
Take a Test: Choosing this option for a card will navigate a member to the “Take a Test” screen on the app. The “Take a Test” screen will have an option to register and complete a test kit if the member has already purchased it.
Redirect to URL: This action button will display the URL to redirect. You can add any URL to connect to an external link from the homepage.
Order a test kit: A member will be directed to the “Order a Test” page in the app if they tap on a card configured with this option. This page allows a member to purchase a test kit.
Begin Health Service: A member will be directed to the “Health Service” questionnaire in the app if they tap on a card configured with this option
Button Style: This field has the following options which helps to define the style of the dashboard card:
Solid: The dashboard card will be displayed in a single solid color based on the UI Settings of the Tenant. Sample screenshot of the mobile app with the dashboard card configured with a solid color background below:
Outline: The dashboard card is displayed with an outline without any color filled in. Sample screenshot of the mobile app with the dashboard card configured with a outline below:
Gradient: This option provides a choice of 2 colors that can used as a background for the Dashboard card. Sample screenshot of the dashboard configuration and the mobile app with the dashboard card configured with the gradient option,below:
Background Image: The dashboard can be configured with an image as a background. Sample screenshot of the dashboard configuration and the mobile app with the dashboard card configured with the background image option below:
Card Title: You can provide a title for the Dashboard card
Card Body: Additional information related to the dashboard card can provided in the card body.

The Recent Care Services Dashboard Card section has a toggle titled Enable Test Orders. If enabled, it will display the details of the most recent order as a card in the application.
On enabling this feature, this will be displayed in the app as shown below.
Test History can be configured from tenant settings from Test History Dashboard Card section.
When these toggles are enabled, a card will be displayed with the information of the latest test order / latest test taken on the home screen of the mobile as shown below.
On click of three dots, history of test taken will be displayed.
WELCOME SCREEN SETTINGS
This can be used to configure the buttons that appear on the app home screen after a member signs in for the first time. A maximum of 2 buttons can be configured to appear on the welcome screen.
You can configure the first button - Welcome Screen Button - using one of the options in the dropdown. If a member clicks on this button, they will be taken through a health questionairre:
You can also configure the Button Style, which has the following options:
The following toggle options are available to either make the button visible and / or enable it.
Button Visible: Hides the button but displays the text.
Button Enable: Toggles the button on/off completely.
You can configure the second button - Welcome Screen Skip Button - to provide an option to skip this step. The following options are available:

APP SETTINGS
You can enable/disable certain features in the mobile app using the toggles in this section.
The following options are available:
Enable Emergency Contact: When you enable this toggle, the “Emergency Contact” option is displayed as a menu option in the “Settings” of the Mobile app. Sample screenshot below:
Show QR Code on Home Screen: When this toggle is enabled, the QR code is displayed on the SAFE Passport card on the home screen of the mobile app. Sample screenshots of the mobile app when this toggle is turn on and off is displayed below:
Show Clearance Status on Home Screen: Enabling this option shows the “Clearance Status” on the “My Passport” card on the app home screen. Sample screenshots of the mobile below:
Enable Health Record Module: Enabling this option adds the “My Health Record” option on the Settings in the mobile app. Sample screenshot below:
Require ID Verification:
Enable Snackbar: Enabling this option displays a message bar on the mobile app home screenscreen. The message bar can be configured to show various information like information of the test results, orders placed, etc.
Show Test Result Outcome: Enabling this toggle will display the outcome/result (whether the test result is positive, negative or invalid) of a test taken by a member on the mobile app. If this is turned off, then this information is not shown after completing the test.
Show VCB Assessment Outcome: Enabling this toggle will display the outcome/result (whether the test result is positive, negative or invalid) after completing the Virtual Consultation questionnaire on the mobile app.
Show Home Screen Background Color: Enabling this option will change the background color of “My Passport” card to match the test result. For e.g., if the test outcome/result of a test taken on the mobile app was “Positive”, then the background color will change to red. The background color will change to green if the test result is “Negative” and grey if the test result is “Invalid”. Sample screenshot of the mobile app below:
Show Last Assessment Date: Enablng this option will display the “Last Assessment Date” on the “My Passport” card on the mobile app. Sample screenshot below:
Enable SAFE Passport: Enabling this option shows the “My Passport” card on the dashboard.
Enable Passcode & FaceId/Touch ID:
Set password expiration: You can enable this option to set a password expiration duration.
SCHEDULING SETTINGS
When is toggle is enabled, the option “Schedule Appointment” is made visible in the “Take a Test”screen on the mobile app.
This feature needs to be enabled by the Platform Administrator on the Platform Console for a tenant. If it isn’t enabled, then the option will be disabled and grayed out and will not be shown on the mobile app.
The Platform Adminstrator can choose to enable this feature for a tenant but can disable the ability for you to turn on/off this feature. If this is done, then this feature will be turned on but the option to disable/enable it will be unavailable.
If the Platform Administrator enables the this feature and also enables the ability for a tenant administrator to manage this feature, then you will have the ability to turn on/off this feature.
IMPORT HEALTH SETTINGS
You can configure the following options when importing a health record using the “Import Health Records” feature on the mobile app.
Import Health Require Signature: If enabled, a screen to capture the member’s digital signature will be displayed on the mobile app before importing a health record.
Import Health Require ID Verification: If enabled, the member will need to verify their ID by uploading / providing a valid Government ID before importing a health record
Import Health Require AgreementScreen: If enabled, an agreement page will be displayed on the mobile app screen before importing the health records
SAFEPASS SETTINGS
The “Safepass” settings enable 2 additional options for importing a vaccination record on the mobile app.
This feature needs to be enabled by the Platform Administrator on the Platform Console for a tenant. If it isn’t enabled, then the option will be disabled and grayed out and will not be shown on the mobile app.
The Platform Adminstrator can choose to enable this feature for a tenant but can disable the ability for you to turn on/off this feature. If this is done, then this feature will be turned on but the option to disable/enable it will be unavailable.
If the Platform Administrator enables the this feature and also enables the ability for a tenant administrator to manage this feature, then you will have the ability to turn on/off this feature.
SOCIAL NETWORK
The Social Network URLs of the tenant can be configured in the Social Network section.
COMMUNICATION SETTINGS
You can enable the various ways a member can receive a notification from the Communication Settings section
Enable SMS Notifications: Enable members to receive notifications via text message (SMS).
Enable Email Notifications: Enable members to receive notifications via email.
Enable App Messenger Notification: Enable members to receive notifications in the app messaging system.
Enable Push Notifications: Enable members to receive notifications on a device that has the app downloaded.
UI SETTINGS
enable you to choose the coloring scheme you want to use in the mobile and web apps.
Primary Theme Color: Set the primary color you want to use in the app for your members: it is recommended that you set this to a darker color, as this will be used for some elements that have white text over them.
Secondary Theme Color: This will be the secondary color used throughout your mobile and web apps.
Error Message Color: This color will be used for messages that contain "error" or other "negative" messages.
Success Message Color: This color will be used for messages that contain "successful" or other "positive" messages.
Warning Message Color: This color will be used for messages that contain "warning" or other "neutral" messages.
Button Style: Choose Square or Rounded buttons.
Home Screen Style: Select Passport or Dashboard style.
USER SEGMENTS SETTINGS
This allows Administrative Users to create groups for a specific set of results. The User Segments section comes pre-filled by default with the Base User Segment. This Base User Segment is the group that all Employees are added to unless another segment is created, and Employees can be added to that segment.
For instance, if you own a restaurant, you may want to create a group for “Backline” workers such as chefs and the cleaning staff, and another separate group for the “Frontline,” such as waiters.
You can Add, Edit, or Delete the user segments using the respective icons as shown in the screenshot below.
CUSTOM METADATA SETTINGS
This section allows you to add user related data. The User Metadata fields allow you to add fields that are not part of the provided fields for a user on a per-user basis.
You can configure these as shown in the screenshot below.
ADVANCED SETTINGS
This section provides additional configuration options for the mobile app.
Invite Only (disable sign up): If enabled, this removes the ability for a new user to sign up from the mobile app’s sign page. The highlighted text in the screenshot below will not be displayed.
Show Patient Record:
Guardian mode:
Inactivity Timeout Duration (Minutes): You can configure the timeout duration for the mobile app.
Timezone for Reporting: You can specify the timezone that needs to be used when generating reports on the Console.
APP DOWNLOAD SETTINGS
This section allows you to add the URLs for downloading the mobile app for the tenant. This information is used on the signup/registration email that a new member receives.
