How to Access and/or Remove Your Vaccination Record

The Vaccination Record section of the HealthCheck mobile app is where you can access your proof of vaccination card or vaccination exemption card, and any detailed information saved in relation to these records.

Note: Some features in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.

Accessing Your Vaccination Record

Follow the navigation steps below to access your vaccination information.

  1. Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the HealthCheck app to access the navigation menu.

  2. From the navigation menu, tap on Vaccination Record.

  3. This Vaccination Records page is where you will find your saved vaccination record. Tap on the vaccination record to view its details.

  4. Once inside the selected vaccination record, you will be able to see all of the information you've previously entered and saved in regard to that record.


    NOTE: Depending on the size of your device's screen and the amount of data listed, you may need to scroll down to view the full details of your existing record.

Removing Your Vaccination Record

In the event that you need to remove your existing Vaccination Record (e.g., to upload an updated version of your Vaccination or Exemption card, etc.), you can follow the above-mentioned steps to access your record and then follow the steps listed below to remove the record.

  1. Navigate back to your saved vaccination record, and then tap into the vaccination record to view its details.

  2. Once you have navigated into the details of your vaccination record, you will have to scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Remove Vaccination Record option, which will be listed in red text.


  3. You will then be able to delete your existing record by tapping Remove Vaccination Record.
