My Health Record
This section of the HealthCheck app has all your messages which you can view or send if required.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
The “My Health Record” section enables you to store all personal health-related information. The data can either be imported from a health provider or entered manually.
Step 1: Access the “My Health Record” page
To access this section, tap on the navigation menu on the top left of the screen and then select My Health Record.
The “My Health Record” screen enables you to store health-related information under the following categories:
Allergies
Conditions
Demographic Info
Family Details
Medications
Procedure
Social History
Vaccinations
Vitals
Step 2: Enter Data
When you click on a particular category, the app will display the available options for entering the information. For example, when you tap on the “Conditions” category, the information can either be imported by tapping the Import Health Records button or entered manually by tapping Add Conditions. Please note the options to enter the information will vary depending on the category selected.
Tapping Add Condition will allow you to enter the following information:
The fields displayed on this page will vary by category. For example, if the Allergies category is selected, the following information can be entered:
Enter all the required information on the page.
You can also add a “Note” to provide additional information related to a category, if required. To add a note, type the information in the “Notes” field and tap the green arrow button to save the note.
The saved note will be displayed in the “Notes” section; you can add multiple notes by following the above step, if required.
To delete a note, tap on the “x” icon beside the note.
Step 3: Save Record
After you have entered all the required information, tap "Save” to save the record.
The entered information will be stored and displayed in the respective category, which is “Allergies” in this case.
Step 4: Edit Record or Add Additional Data
The information can be edited by tapping on the record.
You can add additional data by tapping Add.
