Below is a list of Definitions for terms used throughout this User Guide, in the Admin Console, and in the HealthCheck App
An administrator who oversees multiple tenants (see Multi-tenant Account).
The administrative website used by Health Admins and Enterprise Admins to manage all aspects of the members, settings, and the app
An Admin User who does NOT have access to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
An Admin User with top-level access, which includes access to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
The App used to manage Members health
"Health Service" is an encounter type configured to serve a specific care senario, such as COVID screening, STD testing, Family Planning (brith control prescriptions), Cold and Flu, HSV/herpes Management, etc. which are created with the VCB and can be curated into tenants to service the needs of its members to increase accessibility and reduce costs of accessing covered diagnostics and prescriptions.
Health Service elements include:

A person that uses only the app (no admin access) to check their own health
Accounts can be setup as Multi-tenant, or Single Tenant accounts, depending on if there is a parent company with oversight on a group of companies. If there is a parent company, these will typically be setup as Multi-tenant accounts, which will allow the parent company to administer some settings on the Tenants under their control.
Protected Health Information / Personal Health Information / PHI
PHI stands for Protected Health Information. This medical information that falls under HIPAA protections.
The first Admin user created (at the Enterprise level), and the primary point of contact for the account
Single Tenant Account
An account that consists of only one tenant. Accounts can be setup as Multi-tenant, or Single Tenant accounts, depending on if there is a parent company with oversight on a group of companies.
A company that is using the SAFE Platform to manage their members/employees/students, etc.
