Below is a list of account types that can be created for your company. Each account type has different roles and responsibilities.
= Personal Health Information (PHI)
Account Administrator
An Account Administrator oversees multiple Tenants. They have the ability to create and update tenants, as well as set the default values for some items in the tenants.
Accounts can be set up as Multi-tenant Accounts (MTA), or Single Tenant accounts (STA), depending on if there is a parent company with oversight on a group of companies. If there is a parent company, these will typically be set up as Multi-tenant accounts, which will allow the parent company to administer some settings on the Tenants under their control.
The MTA setup can also be used to oversee multiple locations for a business: for example, a restaurant with multiple physical locations can have a tenant created for each location.
If a Tenant is set up as a Single Tenant Account, an Account Administrator is not needed and will not be created.
The Account Administrator does NOT have access to personal health information.
Enterprise Administrator
The Enterprise Administrator oversees a single Tenant. They have the ability to add other Administrators, Employees and Checkers, as well as set the default values for some items.
The Account Administrator does NOT have access to personal health information.
