The Virtual consult, via the HealthCheck App, asks Employees about their health status and then provides the employees with recommended actions to take. The Administrator can determine the exact recommendations. The exact messaging and who gets which message can be modified by the Administrators to meet the needs of the specific company, their state, city, or county and any other variables they may need.
The Virtual Consult starts with a set of pre-determined questions in the “QUESTIONNAIRE OUTCOME” to assess the following states of condition: Symptomatic, Asymptomatic, Exposed, and Infected. Administrators can edit the messaging and the next steps for the Questionnaire. For example, a company could decide that on the condition of “Symptomatic”, their Employees should stay home and not get a test. For the symptom of “Exposed”, they could decide that the Employees should stay home and get a test. It’s entirely up to the Administrators to decide how they would like to handle these various outcomes. Safe Health Systems can provide independent consultation from a professional for an additional fee should they need assistance in developing the correct policies.
The Virtual Consult has two main sections: User Segments and Questionnaire Outcomes.
User Segments:
The User Segments allow Administrative Users to create groups for a specific set of results. The User Segments section comes pre-filled by default with the Base User Segment. This Base User Segment is the group that all Employees are added to unless another segment is created, and Employees can be added to that segment.
For instance, if you own a restaurant, you may want to create a group for “Backline” workers such as chefs and the cleaning staff, and another separate group for the “Frontline,” such as waiters.
