How to Reset your Password
This guide details the necessary steps and instructions needed if you are experiencing account login issues and/or you need to reset your password if you have forgotten your password or need to recover your password. Based on the settings by your organization, you might be also required to change your password after certain number of days. You can reset your password to resolve any of these issues by following the steps below.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
Resetting Your Password
Open the SAFE HealthCheck app by tapping on the icon.
Tap the Forgot Password? option.
Enter your email address into the highlighted space and tap the Continue button
Fill out the “Change Password” page then tap the Change Password button. You will receive a verification code on your email.
If the verification code is entered incorrectly, the app will display “Invalid Code”.
If the verification code is entered incorrectly three times, the app will display the message ”Attempt Limit Exceeded”.
If you attempt to use a password that was previously used, then you will see the following message.
You will see the following message when the password has been changed successfully.
Password Reset Criteria
As a member, you need to ensure that you create a secure password. You will be prompted to create a password that meets the following criteria:
12 characters long
Alphanumeric
Must include upper case, lower case, at least one number and special character
You may not use a password that is similar to those you have used previously. Users cannot reuse the same password from before of at least 6 passwords prior
Password Reset to Unlock Account
If you’re locked out of your account due to failed attempts, you can unlock using password reset feature.
