From this section, you can view/update the settings. Different sections are displayed in settings e.g Medical Settings, User Onboarding settings etc. You can check all of them and make necessary changes as per your requirements.
Under the Medical Director section, select a provider by NPI from the dropdown which will fill up the contact details shown below.
Choose enabled Vendor from Medical Center->Vendors to configure advanced vendor settings as shown in the screenshot below.
Orders have settings in the form of toggle switches which can be enabled or disabled.
User Onboarding Settings can be configured for users that are using the app. You can select the information required by the user in the app and select the ones that are not required.
Dashboard Settings for app are displayed below. They can be configured using these settings and changes will appear accordingly on the app.
App settings can be configured as per your requirements by enabling/disabling the information against the toggle switches.
Social network urls of the tenants are displayed in the social network section.
Choose how you want the communication in the app using the option shown in the screenshot below. Enable/Disable them as per your requirement.
UI Settings allow to choose the coloring scheme you want to use in the mobile & web apps.
The User Segments allow Administrative Users to create groups for a specific set of results. The User Segments section comes pre-filled by default with the Base User Segment. This Base User Segment is the group that all Employees are added to unless another segment is created, and Employees can be added to that segment.
For instance, if you own a restaurant, you may want to create a group for “Backline” workers such as chefs and the cleaning staff, and another separate group for the “Frontline,” such as waiters.
You can Add,Edit or Delete the user segments using the respective icons as shown in the screenshot below.
User Metadata allows you to add user related data. The User Metadata fields allow you to add fields that are not part of the provided fields for a user on a per-user basis.
You can configure these as shown in the screenshot below.
Advanced Settings are configurable for the apps so you can decide how you want to Enable/Disable certain app features and which information you want to show on the app.
If the user is not active, you can choose the timeout duration and also select the reporting timezone for patients.
App download settings allow you to add a Web Signup Url to access the web and Universal App Download Url which users can use to download the app on their devices.
Once done with configuring the settings, click on the save button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
