Order Test Kit / Enter Insurance Information
From the Side menu, tap on Get Tested and from there you need to Tap on Order a Test Kit which will redirect you to Test Kit Section.This section allows you to purchase test kit and add insurance information which can be used to track your health related data.
Order Test Kit
To go to this section, tap on the navigation (the 3 lines) located on the home screen on the top left.
Tap on Get Tested
Tap on Order a Test Kit.
Select the desired test. You may not see same tests shown in the example below. List of available tests will vary depending on your company.
Select any of the following to proceed further.
If you select Use my insurance then you will be redirected to the screen shown in Step 1 or if you select Pay with Credit Card then you’ll be redirected to the screen shown below where you can add your credit card details.
Tap on “Add Payment Method” in the Checkout screen shown above to pay for the test kit.
Tap on “SAVE CARD” after adding the details.
Tap on “CONFIRM ORDER“ to confirm the test kit order.
Step 1 : Insurance Provider addition method
Select how you would like to add your insurance info.
You can either Scan Insurance ID Card for automatically entering your insurance info or select your insurance provider from our database.
If you select Scan Insurance Card, then please follow the next steps.
Step 2 : Scan Insurance Card
If you tap on “Scan Insurance ID Card”, you will be redirected to the screen shown below so that you can first select your insurance provider from our database.
After selecting the insurance provider from the list, you will have to scan your document to add the insurance provider. Scan the document in order to provider Insurance related Information.
Place the document in the highlighted section so that the card picture can be scanned.
Step 3 : Verify the Quality
Verify the quality. If the scanned quality is good then tap on “LOOKS GOOD“ otherwise “RETAKE“
Now capture the back of the card.
Step 4 : Looks Good
If you tap on “LOOKS GOOD“, it will process the scan and upload the image
Scanned info of Insurance Provider will be auto-filled in the form.
Eligibility will be verified
Insurance Information will be added once verified.
If you tap on Retake, it will ask you to scan the document again.
Step 6 : Find your Insurance Provider
If you select “Find your Insurance Provider“ from the screen shown in Step 1 , you will be redirected to the screen shown below. Find & select your Insurance Provider in order to proceed further
Typing the insurance provider will narrow down the search and show you the provider you’re looking for in the database. You can select your insurance provider from the list.
After selecting the provider, add the required info the form shown below
Step 7 : Verify Eligibility
Insurance provider Eligibility will be verified.
Once verified, insurance provider will be successfully added.
Following message will be shown in case of failure. Please correct whatever the issue is and resubmit the form.
In case of failure to submit the form, you will be required to resubmit by fixing the mentioned error.
Step 8 : Checkout
Check out from your account with the provided details. Double check the info added to make sure that the added info is up to date.
Confirm the order once you’re done adding the info.
Order Details show the order you made. You can review the order in the order details section. Insurance shows the insurance provider that you have selected.
Add Shipping address. Shipping address allows you to add your shipping address and billing address has your billing address.
Add your Credit Card information
Step 9 : Confirm the order
Tap on “CONFIRM ORDER” to proceed further.
Notification shown below will be shown once the order is placed successfully
