People section allows you to View,Edit, Import & add new users.
Add a New User
Step One : Click on “NEW USER” button
You can add new user by clicking on the “NEW USER” button.
Step Two : Fill the required fields
Select Role, add email and click on submit button to add more information.
Step Three : Add First & Last Name
Add first & last name. Click on Submit button to create the user.
User gets this message once successfully added.
You can view the added users in the People section as shown in the screenshot below.
Edit a User
Step One: Choose a User
Place the cursor on the User Name and Click to edit the user profile.
Step Two : Edit the User Details
Click on the User Name to edit the User. The User Edit page will has two sections named DEMOGRAPHICS & CLINICAL. The Demographics section covers the users basic information such as name, contact info, etc. The Clinical section covers the medical details of the user.
Step Three : Save Changes
Make your required changes and click out of a field after editing it to save changes. You will see this notification shown below at the bottom of the page confirming that the changes have been updated successfully.
Step One : Go to Import Users Form
You can import users by clicking on the “IMPORT USERS“ button.
Step Two : Download the Template
Download the template by clicking on the “DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE“ button and then upload the CSV file as per the downloaded template. Browse your file or drag & drop in the highlighted section.
User Metadata allows you to add user related data. The User Metadata fields allow you to add fields that are not part of the provided fields for a user on a per-user basis.
