People: Scan History
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
All the tests taken by the user will be shown here, under the People section. Users can request a new result or place a new order for PHR (Patient Health Record) as explained in the Diagnostics section.
To view Scan History:
Log into your account on the Tenant Admin Console.
In the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen, select People.
3. Click the Member’s name to see their user Details.
4. Click Scan. The Member's test scan history records will be displayed there. You can view the details by clicking on the record as shown in the screenshot below.
