Settings: Configuration: Health Protocol
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
The HEALTH PROTOCOL section is where members can view and update health settings such as the Virtual Consult (Symptom Checker), COVID-19 Positive Results, and Virtual Consult Outcomes.
In the Questionnaire Settings, you can select Symptom Checker Frequency which is displayed on the app.
If you have multiple questionnaires created, select the default one in Default Questionnaire dropdown as shown in the screenshot below.
Reminder Settings is a local notification configured on the user's mobile device. If any updates are made to these settings, they will get updates on the user's device the next time they've opened the app.
To Sideline User with Positive Test Results:
In the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen, go to Settings and select Configuration.
Select the HEALTH PROTOCOL tab.
Turn the toggle switch on to Sideline User with Positive Test Results.
Select the number of days you want the user to be sidelined.
Configure symptomatic and exposure outcomes, as shown in the screenshot below.
Click SAVE at the bottom of the page to save any changes.
