Settings: System Messages: SMS & PUSH Notifications
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as seen - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
SMS & PUSH Notifications are sent out to the devices of Members when using the app. Their settings can be customized. SMS & PUSH Notifications sent to the device can be edited in order to make changes to them. You can import or export all the messages to save them.
How to Edit SMS & PUSH Notifications
Sign in to the Tenant Admin Console.
From the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen, select Settings and then select System Messages.
Select the SMS & PUSH NOTIFICATIONS tab.
Click the three dots in the Action column for the message you want to edit or deactivate. Select Edit to customize the message or Deactivate to disable the message.
If you select Edit you are able to edit the SMS Notification Settings text and enable SMS & Push Notifications by clicking the pencil icon located on the right side of the page.
Click inside the text area to edit the message.
You can also enable/disable SMS Notification or turn the SMS or Push Notifications On/Off. For example, if you want to prevent a text message or notification from being sent out/displayed.
Click the floppy disc icon to Save any changes or CANCEL to discard any changes and go back to the previous page.
A confirmation message “Template Successfully saved” will appear at the bottom of the screen.
