Frequently Asked Questions
This section of the HealthCheck app provides answers to frequently asked questions about COVID-19 and other diseases.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
Tap on the profile icon on the top right of the screen to access the navigation menu.
Tap on FAQs. as shown below.
If you are using the WebApp, the FAQs option will be available under the Support section, as shown below.
You can tap on a question that is listed to see its details.
You can also use the Search bar located at the top of the screen to search for a particular question.
If you are unable to get the information needed from the questions listed, you can contact the support team by tapping the support icon on the top right of the screen.
On the Contact Support screen, choose an option from the Select Purpose dropdown.
Type your question, comment, or concern in the Type Message Here box and then tap the Send button to submit the query to the support team.
You will see a confirmation message similar to the screenshot below.
