This section of the HealthCheck app provides answers to frequently asked questions in relation to COVID-19, symptoms, treatments, and other tips and ways we can all do our part to slow the spread of Corona virus.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
How to Use the Help Center
Tap on the profile icon on the top right of the screen to access the navigation menu.
Select Help Center.
Search for Questions
Search for questions in the search bar or click on existing questions.
Get in Touch
In the top right corner, select the Pencil icon to bring up the Get in Touch screen.
On the drop-down menu labeled Select Purpose, select either Registration Question, Technical Issues, Medical Questions, Provide Feedback, or Other.
You can write your question, comment, or concern and then select Done.
Tap SEND at the bottom of the page to submit your question, comment, or concern.
Click on the Headset icon in the top right corner to call Customer Support.
Select Call (844) 863-9591 or Cancel the action.
