This section of the HealthCheck app provides answers to frequently asked questions in relation to COVID-19 and other diseases.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
Accessing Help Center
Tap on the profile icon on the top right of the screen to access the navigation menu.
Tap on FAQs.
As a Member, you want to see FAQs when you navigate to FAQs on the web.
Viewing and Searching for Questions
You can tap on a question that is listed to see its details.
You can also use the Search bar located at the top of the screen to search for a particular question.
If you are unable to get the information needed from the questions listed, you can contact the support team by tapping the support icon on the top right of the screen.
On the Get Support screen, choose an option from the I need help with dropdown.
Type your question, comment, or concern in the Type Message Here box and then tap the Send button to submit the query to the support team.
You will see a confirmation message similar to the screenshot below.
