Settings
This section will allow you to configure settings for your account.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
How to Configure Settings:
Tap on the profile icon on the top right of the screen to access the navigation menu.
Select Settings at the bottom of the navigation menu.
Select which section you would like to update by tapping on it.
Edit Profile
Under ACCOUNT, Tap on Personal Information to change the Account Information.
Tap on the relevant field to make the changes. Click on “SAVE” button to submit the details.
Note: Date of Birth field will not be editable if the “Employer Benefit” toggle is turned ON in the console.
Payment Methods
On click of Settings - Payment Methods, system will ask you to update the payment methods.
On click of Payment Methods, app will ask to you “Add Credit Card” details.
Click on “Add Credit Card” will display the below screen to add the credit card details.
Once you add all the required details, “Save Card” button will get enabled.
The app will display the message “New Credit Card Added” once the card is added successfully.
On click of Continue button, you will be able to view the card details added by you.
My Insurance
After selecting My Insurance, you can add, view, edit and delete the insurance information.
Add Insurance Details
If no insurance is added “No Insurance Record” will be displayed on the screen.
You can add the information by tapping Add Insurance.
You can add the information from the two options mentioned below.
Scan Insurance ID Card
Enter Card Manually
Scan Insurance ID Card
Tap Scan Insurance ID Card to scan the ID card to add the insurance provider.
Tap on Insurance provider from the list. You can use the Search field at the top to narrow the search, by entering part or all of the provider’s name.
The screen to scan the insurance card will be displayed. Tap Scan Insurance Card to scan the card.
The next step will display the screen to the scan the card.
Once the card is scanned, tap OK. The screen will show the scanned card.
The app will verify the quality of the image and if it looks good, it will ask you to scan the back side of the card.
Tap Looks Good. The next screen will be displayed to scan the back of the card.
Tap OK to scan the card.
A new screen appears to Verify the Quality. Tap Looks Good to process further. Retake will allow you to re-capture the image.
Once you tap Looks Good, the processing screen will be displayed as shown below.
Once the scan is processed successfully, the policy details will be displayed on the screen.
Tap Confirm to add the details.
If the scan is not successfully done, it will display the below screen.
Enter Card Manually
Tap Enter Card Manually to scan the Insurance Provider and add the details.
Tap the Insurance Provider from the list to add the policy details. You can use the Search field at the top to narrow the search, by entering part or all of the provider’s name.
After selecting the insurance provider, use the form shown below to add the Policy Details.
Fill all the details in the form and tap Continue to proceed further.
The form will display further information to complete the form.
Fill in the Form and tap Continue to save the form.
Once you tap Continue, the processing screen will appear as shown below.
Once the processing is completed, the Insurance Added screen will be displayed as shown below.
Edit Insurance Details
Select My Insurance from the Navigation menu.
To edit the Insurance, select from the list of insurances already added.
Once you tap on the Insurance, Policy details will be displayed with the option to Edit.
Tap Edit and make the changes. Tap Save and Continue to continue the policy changes.
Tap the Save button. The details will be saved and system will display the “Insurance Saved” message on the screen.
Delete Insurance Details
To delete the Insurance, select the insurance which needs to be deleted.
Once you select the insurance, details will be displayed on the screen. Tap on “Delete Insurance” to delete the details.
System will display the notification “Delete Insurance Data”. Tap on Confirm to delete the data.
Once you confirm the deletion, the Insurance details will be deleted successfully.
Emergency Contact
Go to Settings > Emergency Contact to add the contact.
Once you tap Emergency Contact, a form will be displayed to fill the emergency contact details.
After filling in all the details, you need to tap SAVE to submit the details.
Passcode
Enable Passcode
Go to Security » Passcode; You can turn ON/OFF the passcode.
Enter Passcode - When you turn the passcode ON, you must enter it and confirm it.
You will be asked to re-enter the passcode.
Once the passcode is entered and found correct, the toggle will get enabled.
Change Passcode
The Passcode can be changed/turned off under Security on settings page.
The option to set a passcode is only available if you are authenticated into your account.
You can select the option to change passcode.
Tap on Change Passcode. Enter the old Passcode.
Enter the new Passcode as shown in the screen.
Re-enter the new passcode.
NOTE: If the old passcode is correct and the new passcodes DO NOT match, you can retry.
If old passcode is correct and the new passcodes match, passcode is accepted.
When the Passcode is successfully changed, you are returned to the Passcode screen.
No Passcode Match - If the old passcode is correct and new passcode DO NOT match, please retry.
Return to Passcode Screen - You can back out of the change passcode screen at any time
Disable Passcode
Passcode Screen - When you turn OFF the Passcode, you must enter the passcode in order to do so.
Failed Attempts - If you make 3 incorrect attempts, you will be asked to enter your Password to turn it off.
Password Correct - If the password is correct, the Passcode is turned off.
Note : You can cancel this operation at any time and go back to the Settings screen.
After the incorrect password is entered three times, you will be locked out of the account. You must reset the password in order to regain access to the account.
You will be redirected to the login screen.
Face/Touch ID Screen
Select Security » Touch ID/Face ID.
Tap Touch ID/Face ID to toggle the option On/Off.
ID Toggle
You can turn ON/OFF the biometric feature.
NOTE: No verification needed to turn off touch/face ID.
You need to enter the passcode to enable biometric login.
Biometric login is successfully enabled
Biometric is disabled
Failed Attempts
NOTE: If three unsuccessful attempts are made while entering the passcode, you will be redirected to the password screen as shown below. Touch/Face ID will be enabled after the correct password is entered.
Correct password is entered this time. Your Biometrics will be enabled.
Incorrect Password is entered for the fourth time.
Attempt Limit Reached message is shown and your account is locked. Please follow the instructions to unlock your account.
You are redirected to the login screen.
Help Center
This section will help you with the various questions and answers you need to know.
Click on Helpcenter will direct you to the already added list of Questionnaires as displayed below. You can search by typing the key words or you can select directly by clicking on the questions.
On click of Question, you will be able to view the answer as shown in the screen below.
If the required assistance is not available in the already added questions, then you can contact the support team by clicking on the icon displayed at the right side on this page.
On click of this icon, you can see Get Support option as displayed below. The red highlighted has dropdown values to help you further on the required topic. You can select and provide details in the next box shared below.
Once all the required details are added, “SEND” button will get enabled.
Once you click on send , a success message will be displayed on your screen as shown below.
Send Feedback
This section will allow you share your feedback, if any. This option will direct you to the Get Support page.
Resources
This section will show all the Videos and articles as displayed below. You can view all the added Videos and Articles on this page.
Dependents
This section allows the member to invite an adult dependent so that they can have their own account and utilize the application while being linked to My Benefits/Insurance.
This feature is managed your company’s administrator and may or may not be enabled for you.
Member has to go to Dashboard to view the account to send/resend the invite to the dependents.
Send Invite
Tap on “Dependents”, to view the details of already filled dependents.
On click of Dependents , list of dependents will be displayed.
Add the email of dependent to add and sent the invite to dependent.
On adding the email of dependent, “Send Invite” button will get enabled to send the invite to dependent.
Resend Invite
Go to Dashboard and tap on account to view the account page.
On click of Dependents, list of all the dependents will be displayed. Select the dependent to resend the invite.
Add the email of Dependent and click on “Resend Invite” button.
View profile of Added Dependents
Go to Dashboard and tap on account to view the account page.
On click of Dependents, list of all the dependents will be displayed.
Select a dependent from the list to view the details of that dependent.
