Content: Articles

Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.

The ARTICLES section allows you to Add new, Edit, Delete, and Unpublish articles.

To Add New Article

1. Go to Tenant Admin Console.

2. In the Navigation bar on the left side of the screen, click Content.

   

3. Click ARTICLES. Previously added articles will be displayed on this screen.

   

4. Click NEW ARTICLE to add a new article to the existing list of articles.

   

5. Enter all the details including Title, Subtitle, Body (Content), Images, Videos, Author, Owner, Photo Credit, Video Credit, and Keywords.

   

6. Upload an Image to the Article by dragging-and-dropping, or by uploading from your computer using the BROWSE button. You can also add an External Link URL if desired. If you have a video to attach with the article then you can do so by dragging-and-dropping the video file and thumbnail as shown in the screenshot below.
   

   

7. Select Publish and SUBMIT for the article to be published.

   

8. Once submitted, the system will display the message, Successfully Added.
   

   

To Edit Article

1. Select an article you would like to edit, by placing the cursor on the Article Title. Click the three dots under the Actions column. With the click of three dots, the system will display the option to Edit, Unpublish, and Delete the article.

   

2. Select Edit.

   

3. Make the appropriate changes, and then click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
   

   

4. The system will display the message, Successfully Updated.
   

   

To Unpublish Article

1. Choose an article you would like to unpublish. Click the three dots under the Actions column.

   

2. Click Unpublish to unpublish the article.

   

3. The system will display the message, Successfully Updated.
   

   

To Delete Article

1. Choose an article to delete.  Click the three dots under the Actions column and select Delete.

   

2. You will be asked if you are sure you want to delete this content. Click OK to delete or CANCEL to cancel.

   

    

3. If you select OK the article will be deleted and the system will display a message, Successfully Deleted.
