How to Contact Support
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the Navigation menu.
Tap on Contact Support.
You will be prompted to choose between the two options Call Support or Message Support.
If you select Call Support, you will be able to reach us by phone for assistance.
If you select Message Support, it will redirect you to a page in which you can select the purpose of the message from the drop down menu labeled Select Purpose. Select Registration Question, Technical Issues, Medical Questions, Provide Feedback, or Other.
After selecting the message purpose type, write your question, comment, or concern in the Type Message Here field and select Done.
Select SEND at the bottom of the page to send your message.
You’ll see a confirmation message as shown below which confirms that your message has been sent.
Error message will be shown if a message is not sent successfully.
