Contact Support
NOTE: Some features in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
How to Contact Support
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the Navigation menu.
Tap on Contact Support.
You will be prompted to choose between the two options Call Support or Email Support.
Call Support
If you tap the Call Support option, you can contact the support team by phone for assistance.
Email Support
If you tap the Email Support option, you will be directed to the Contact Support screen.
Select the reason for assistance from the drop down menu labeled Select Purpose and type the details of the query or problem in the Type Message Here field and then tap the Send button.
You’ll see a confirmation message as shown below which confirms that your message has been sent.
