People: Account Information
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
Account Information
The Account Information tab displays the important data of the user’s account, and allows Admins to make changes to user accounts. Admins can select details and apply the required changes. In order to add or update information on this page, click the relevant field and make the necessary changes. Any changes you make to a field are automatically saved once you click outside of that field. The system will also show a notification: User Successfully Updated once the change is done successfully.
The account tab displays the information mentioned below.
New User: This section allows Admins to edit a user’s First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Sex, Date of Birth, Birth State, Race, and Ethnicity.
Note: Users will not be able to update their email addresses once they have registered, as this is their userID. It is highly recommended to let all your members know before signing up.
Status: This section includes Cleared/Sidelined Until Date, Last Test Date, Next Test Date.
Settings: This section includes Role, and User Segment. It also provides a toggle to enable or disable the analytics.
Contact: This section allows Admins to edit a user’s Mobile/Home/Work Phone, Address, City, State, Zip, and Country.
Shipping Address: This section allows Admins to edit a user’s Address, City, State, Zip, and Country for test kit shipments.
Billing Address: This section allows Admins to edit a user’s Address, City, State, Zip, and Country for billing purposes.
Emergency Contact: This section allows Admins to edit a user’s Emergency Contact’s First/Last Name, Relationship, Mobile/Work Phone, Email, Address, City, State, Zip, and Country.
