People: Testing History
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
All the tests taken by the user will be shown here, under the People section. Users can request a new result or place a new order for PHR (Patient Health Record) as explained in the Diagnostics section.
The "Testing History" tab not only displays the tests taken but also the orders placed, appointments scheduled and Return to Lab orders.
To View Test Results
Log into your account on the Tenant Admin Console.
In the Navigation menu on the left side of the screen, select People.
3. Click the Member’s name to view User Details.
4. Click TESTING HISTORY to view the history of tests taken by the Member.
5. You can click on any test to view the test details. Click on three dots under Action to view the details.
6. Click Test Details, and the system will display Diagnostic Report and Public Health Record tabs.
Test Types in Testing History
Orders placed, appointments scheduled and return to lab orders are displayed in the test history and can be identified using the "Status" and "Test Type" column. You can edit them to see more details as shown in the screenshot above.
Orders placed tests are shown in the testing history tab as shown in the screenshot below. Status of the orders placed is Test kit order placed.
Scheduled appointments are shown in the testing history tab as shown in the screenshot below. Status of scheduled appointments is Appointment Scheduled.
Return to Lab Orders
Return to lab orders are shown in the testing history tab as shown in the screenshot below. Test type as Home Test (Non Rapid) are return to lab orders.
