Getting Started: Installation and Hardware Specifications
This guide details the hardware specifications and device requirements for using the HealthCheck app on Apple and Android platforms and devices. Here, you can find your device classification, along with the tier of platform support you’ll be able to receive depending on your device.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
The device specifications for using the app are listed below. Your device must meet these minimum requirements in order to properly function, and meet security requirements. Phone Device types and Operating Systems have been sorted into groups, based on our currently available support.
Group “A”
Priority Support - Have priority with every engineering and product effort.
Group “B”
Passive Support - Fixing engineering and UI issues.
Group “C”
Passive Support - Fixing only critical issues.
Group “D”
We do not support these devices.
