Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
The Help Center section is where an Administrative User can add new, edit, copy, review, or import questions. It covers the following:
To View Questions
Go to Tenant Admin Console.
In the Navigation bar on the left side of the screen, click Content.
The following screen will be displayed. Here you can view a list of questions.
To Review/Edit Questions
Click Content, and go to the HELP CENTER tab.
To open a question for review and editing, click on the down arrow for that question. The details for the question will appear.
Click EDIT to make any changes or click on the trashcan symbol to delete the question.
Once you edit the question, select SAVE CHANGES to save your edits. If you select CANCEL your edits will not be saved and you will be redirected to the first page of the HELP CENTER tab.
If you Save Changes, the system will display the message Successfully Updated FAQ.
To Add New Questions
Click Content and go to the HELP CENTER tab.
To add new questions, select ADD NEW QUESTIONS.
Add Question and Description to save the new question, then select SAVE CHANGES at the bottom of the screen.
If you select SAVE CHANGES, the system will display the message Successfully Created FAQ.
To Copy Questions
Click Content and go to the HELP CENTER tab.
Select COPY ALL QUESTIONS.
If copied successfully, the notification shown below will be displayed on the admin console.
To Import Questions
Click Content and go to the HELP CENTER tab.
Click IMPORT QUESTIONS.
After clicking on IMPORT QUESTIONS, you’ll see the dialog box below. Click OK to proceed further and finish importing Questions. If you select CANCEL you will be directed back to the Help Center page.
When you click OK, all the questions will be imported and System will display the message Successfully Imported.
