Reports
The reporting section is used by Health Administrators to preview and export reports on the status of all employees. A report is automatically generated and stored in the system each day. Additionally, the administrative user can request a new report or customize a report for the Health Administrator at any time. This report can be downloaded as a CSV file.
Note: Some features shown in this guide may not appear exactly as shown - and in some cases may be deactivated - due to the features and settings for your particular account.
Log into the Admin Console and select Reports from the Navigation menu.
Click GENERATE NEW REPORT to generate a new report.
Select the types of reports from the drop-down menu. After selecting any of these options, your report will be generated. You can find the report status in the Reports grid as shown in the screenshot below.
To Preview/Download Report
Click on the three dots icon in the Action column for your desired report.
Once you click the three dots, you will see two options: Preview Report and Download Report.
If you select Preview Report, then a report will be shown as displayed below.
If you select Download Report, a CSV file will start downloading.
To Create Custom Report
Click the CUSTOM REPORT tab, and then select the type of report you’d like to generate from the Report drop-down, and filter the dates to your desired range.
After selecting the above information, click GENERATE CUSTOM REPORT to generate the report.
Report Options
The following options are available from the Reports drop-down:
Assessment Report: The Assessment Report lists users' self-assessments (User ID, Email, Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, State, Questionnaire Completed On, Outcome, Clearance Status).
Scan Report: The Scan Report lists the results of Checker Mode scans (National Health ID, Email, Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Checked On, Checked By, Outcome, Overridden Outcome, Overridden Reason, Overridden On, Overridden By, Questionnaire Expired, Symptomatic).
User Report: The User Report lists all users in the Tenant (User ID, Email, Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, State, TenantId, Account Creation Date).
CRO Report: The CRO Report… (First Name, Last Name, Type, Date, Result)
Lab Test Report: The Lab Test Report lists the results of at-home tests (National Health ID, Gender, Age, Test Name, Result, Test Date, Resulted Date, User Segment).
Active User Report: The Active User report allows for accurate billing of clients as well as client validation of accurate bills, by allowing tenants to measure and even forecast activity within the app (Tenant ID, User Role, User ID, First Name, Last Name, User Creation Date, Last Login Date).
