Contact Support
Contact Support allows you to submit an email request. A SAFE Health representative will respond to you at the earliest convenience.
Contact Support by clicking on the navigation icon highlighted in the screenshot below on the home page of admin console
2. Select Contact Support from the options shown below.
3. Click Subject to select a subject from the dropdown menu.
4. Add your message in the text box and click SEND MESSAGE to send the message.
5. A dialog box as shown in the screenshot below will be displayed once the message is sent successfully. You will get the ticket details via email and will be contacted by a SAFE Health representative for further assistance.
6. Click RETURN TO DASHBOARD to continue.
